Every order from our farm is a custom order. Unlike larger, industrial-scale farms, we have a limited number of animals that our farm can comfortably sustain. Each animal was born here and raised to provide the best-quality meat possible.
Our meat is USDA inspected and vacuum-sealed so it will stay fresh in your freezer for up to a year.
We sell our beef at its finished weight–the weight of the actual meat you will receive after excess fat and bone are removed.
We are fortunate to have hired a cutting-edge (pun intended!) manager at Alleghany Meats who understands meat and provides us with innovative steaks and roasts.
